WHAT TO BRING: Please arrive with your dog in an appropriate collar with a lightweight, six-foot leash. Have non-crunchy training treats with you that are different from treats given at home. Some dogs are sensitive to water changes; bring bottled water or water from home if necessary.​

 

GENERAL: All visitors to Carolina Canine College must sign the waiver upon entering the facility for the first time & provide each dog’s current vaccination records. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs; bags provided & waste should be placed in the outdoor trashcan. NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES permitted on property.​

 

PARTICIPATION: Enrollment in our classes & seminars is limited; your participation is important to us. Once you have registered, we are counting on you to attend. If Carolina Canine College cancels your class, you will receive a full refund or the ability to use the fee towards a new class.

WITHDRAW: A student wishing to withdraw from a class that has not been cancelled by Carolina Canine College must give at least one week notice before the scheduled start of the class fora full refund, less $20 administrative fee. In the case of verified medical/hardships, a credit may be given.

REFUNDS: Carolina Canine College will not refund class fees if the student/dog is asked to withdraw from the class due to behavior of the dog.​

 

MAKE-UP LESSONS: If a student misses a class and wishes to attend a make-up, one will be offered at the instructor’s discretion.

WEATHER: If unable to hold a class due to weather (or other unforeseen circumstances), a make-up class will be scheduled. Every effort will be made to hold the make-up class on the same day and time as the original class; however, if weather or other circumstances preclude the instructor from holding class on that day and time, the class will be scheduled for another day and time.
